Delete Your ProbashiCare Account

You can permanently delete your Probashi NRB Care account and request removal of associated personal data using either method below.

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the Probashi NRB Care app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password and confirm deletion.

This immediately deactivates your account, cancels pending doctor, legal, cab, and training bookings, revokes login sessions, and disables push notification tokens.

Option 2: Request by email

Email info.probashinrbcare@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address registered to your ProbashiCare account.

We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Important notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You will lose access to bookings, card application status, and notifications.
Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security purposes before permanent deletion.
