1. Services
ProbashiCare connects users with third-party service providers including healthcare, legal, transport, training, insurance, and related services. We facilitate bookings and membership benefits but do not directly provide medical, legal, or transport services unless stated otherwise.
2. Membership & ProbashiCard
Some features require registration and an approved ProbashiCard membership. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and to keep your account details up to date.
3. Bookings & payments
Prices, availability, and service terms may vary by partner. Confirmed bookings are subject to partner policies. Any fees, refunds, or cancellations will follow the relevant partner rules and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use ProbashiCare for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Liability
ProbashiCare is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party partners. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us directly for the relevant service in the preceding twelve months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ProbashiCare after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
